I truly hope you are happy with your purchase, but I also understand that buying from a website can be difficult.
I try to give useful information through the images and descriptions on my website, but these cannot always convey the feel, colour or weight of a jewelry piece exactly.
So if, for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me through the form below, and return the item, unused and in its original packaging, along with your invoice if you have one, within two weeks (14 working days) of receiving your order.
You do not have to give me a reason for any returns, but I would really appreciate if you did. I will be happy to refund your purchase or exchange it for another product, but I can not refund the cost of the return shipping.
Although I check every item before I send it to a customer, every now and then I might make a mistake. Please let me know if this happens and I will either offer to refund the full cost of the item, or I will send a replacement or alternative product.
Please make sure any items returned to me are well-packaged in a box and that you obtain proof of posting from the post office, maybe even have a tracking number for the parcel. I will provide a refund or exchange as soon as I have received and checked the item you have sent back to me.
For custom made pieces of jewelry, I will not be able to accept returns.
