Ordering

The Izabella Petrut online shop uses the Ecwid e-commerce platform. You can order your favourite piece of art jewelry by adding it to the shopping cart, and following the steps. In the process you will have the chance to add a gift message, for some pieces you can chose a size or colour, add your delivery address, and choose a payment method.


Paying

When purchasing from the Izabella Petrut online shop, the payment can be done by Paypal (for fiat currency)  and CoinPayments (for crypto currency).

Izabella Petrut does not allow payments in instalments.

Izabella Petrut e-commerce transactions are processed and shipped from Vienna, Austria. Please note that, some banks or credit cards outside the European Union charge a foreign transaction fee for online purchase from online stores based in the European Union. Please contact your bank or credit card company before purchasing to confirm, and contact me if you have any questions, by using the form below.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email from me, confirming all the details of your order.

Customers outside the European Union will have to pay for the custom fees.


Shipping

I make one of a kind art jewelry, edition pieces that are similar to each other, but not exactly the same and custom jewelry. Sometimes I will have to make a piece just for you, so delivery in Europe might take up to 7-15 days. When the pieces are on stock, I aim to dispatch orders within the next day of receiving payment. I will send you an email to let you know your parcel is on its way. Delivery within the European Union might take 5-7 working days. Delivery outside the European Union might take somewhere between 2-3 weeks, because of the customs. Delivery times can of course take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, so if you have a preferred date for the package’s arrival, please contact me beforehand. Customers outside the European Union will have to pay for the custom fees. Shipping is free!


Returns

I truly hope you are happy with your purchase, but I also understand that buying from a website can be difficult. 

I try to give useful information through the images and descriptions on my website, but these cannot always convey the feel, colour or weight of a jewelry piece exactly. Although I check every item before I send it to a customer, every now and then I might make a mistake. Please let me know if this happens and I will either offer to refund the full cost of the item, or I will send a replacement or alternative product.

So if, for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me through the form below, and return the item, unused and in its original packaging, along with your invoice if you have one, within 14 days of you or any third party (that is not the carrier) receiving your order.

You do not have to give me a reason for any returns, but I would really appreciate if you did. I will be happy to refund your purchase or exchange it for another product, but I can not refund the cost of the return shipping.

From the day you inform us of your dissatisfaction with your purchase, you have 14 days to send me back the products.

Please make sure any items returned to me are well-packaged in a box and that you obtain proof of posting from the post office, maybe even have a tracking number for the parcel. I will provide a refund or exchange as soon as I have received and checked the item you have sent back to me. You will be refunded using the same payment method you used when you purchased the product. 

For custom made pieces of jewelry, I will not be able to accept returns.
