This objects are not toys, meaning they contain or are made out of small parts and may constitute a choking hazard. Izabella Petrut accepts no responsibility for any injury caused by misuse.
Please carefully read the Love and Care for your jewellery section. If you misuse, mistreat or fail to deposit it as recommended, Izabella Petrut will not be responsible for the damage of the piece. I might however repair it, when possible, for a fee.
I make every effort to describe the items of jewellery on this site as accurately as possible and always include images. However the exact colour of an item may differ depending on your monitor. If you are not sure that the piece of jewellery is the dimension or colour you would like, please contact me before the purchase, I usually answer the next day (contact(at)izabellapetrut(dot)com).
I make one of a kind work, and sometimes edition pieces that are similar to each other, but not exactly the same. Sometimes I will have to make a piece just for you, so delivery in Europe might take up to 7-15 days. I aim to dispatch orders, when the pieces are on stock, within two days of receiving payment. I will send you an email to let you know your parcel is on its way. Delivery within Europe might take 5-15 days. If you would like your piece delivered somewhere else in the world, please contact me first. Delivery times can of course take longer during busy periods like Christmas, so if you have a preferred date for the package’s arrival, please contact me beforehand. Customers outside the European Union will have to pay for the custom fees. Shipping inside the European Union is free!!!
I truly hope you’re happy with your purchase, but I also understand that buying from a website can be difficult.
I try to give useful information through the images and descriptions on my website, but these cannot always convey the feel, colour or weight of a piece exactly.
So if, for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and return the item, unused and in its original packaging, along with your invoice if you have one, within two weeks of receiving your order.
You do not have to give me a reason for any returns, but I would really appreciate if you did. I will be happy to refund your purchase or exchange it for another product, but I can not refund the cost of the return shipping.
Although I check every item before I send it to a customer, every now and then I might make a mistake. Please let me know if this happens and I will either offer to refund the full cost of the item, or I will send a replacement or alternative product.
Please make sure any items returned to me are well-packaged in a box and that you obtain proof of posting from the post office, maybe even have a tracking number for the parcel. I will provide a refund or exchange as soon as I have received and checked the item you have sent back to me.
Ordering and paying:
If you want to buy any of my work and don’t want to come pick it up and pay for it in the studio, you are welcome to send me an email or contact me here. You can then make your payment by bank transfer or Paypal. Please get in touch if you are interested to buy any of my pieces and I will tell you the availability and price (contact(at)izabellapetrut(dot)com). By contacting me via email you can also place an order or commission me for custom work. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email from me confirming all the details of your order.
Your privacy is very important to me. I will never pass on your personal information to third parties. The information you provide will be used solely to process your order.
Any bank/credit card details that you use to pay for an order via PayPal remains on their secure server and I have no means of accessing it.
Please note that this website requires cookies in order to function properly. However no personal or specific information about you is stored.
